The Series Follows Doctor Maureen Harrington (Karen Brenner) who is a Neurosurgeon and President of The Hospital Medical Service Who is Trying to Put together The Best team of Her hospital For The new Hospital grand Opening to Help save Lives and help People and Dr. Harrington wont Let Peoples Personal issues and factors stand in the way of Her and The teams Medical practice.

The series First came into Development Back in 2014 when The Creator Marlene Kowalski was speaking with The Network ASC Channel at The time about The series and The Network wasn't looking towards That Kind of Change in There Network at The time and The creator decided to leave the series to be shopped around to other networks to see if They would Pick it up and Nothing was for certain and Then in Late 2017 Curve was Looking at Pilot to Order and They came across This series and They talked with the creator and They ordered The series without a Pilot Phase in march of 2018 for a fall 2018 Premiere on the network as The Network is Taking a Big Change and bigger Chances in 2018 and (Karen Brenner) Was Cast as The Lead in the series and originally (Amanda Kenning) was Casted as The role of Joanna But was replaced By (China Brown) before The Filming Started.The series Original episode order was going to be 10 episodes but The Network ordered 6 More scripts to The series bringing The First season up to 16 episodes in The freshman season The series is set to premiere on September 24, 2018.On February 1, 2019 Curve Ordered a 2nd Season to The series and a spin-off.On February 1, 2020 Curve Renewed The Series for a Third Season.

Dr. Maureen Harrington (Played By Karen Brenner) She is a smart and Brilliant Neurosurgeon Doctor who is also The President of The Medical field at The New Hospital Gilman General Hospital she wants to be the Best Doctor she can she Loves to save Lives and she Likes to give People something to Look forward to in Life and Keep on Living she is she graduated the top of Her class in medical school she Has a 18 year old Daughter Joanna who she wants to be a Doctor like her and Follow in Her Footsteps That's why she made Joanna go to Medical school instead of her Passion for Fashion in FIT in new York Maureen Ex Husband is a Total Jack-ass he was a drunk and sued to beat her That's why she divorced him she can be a Little Quirky and Funny at times and nothing Means more to her Then This Hospital and her Patients she often has a lot on her Plate running a Hospital but she Knows she can do it with her team of brilliant doctors and Nurses behind her she kind of has a on again And off again relationship with Dr. Stanley who is like everyone Dream Guy They Hook up every Now and Then But after her ex Husband Maureen doesn't know if she is ready for a full on relationship.
Rico Plippe (Played By Jesus Knott) He is a Cardiologists he loves the way The Human heart works and he Loves to saving Humans and Hearts he is best in The west he is always Being called on all kinds surgeries from all Over the world He is a Filipino Christian who defines himself as a straight man. He has a post-graduate degree.Physically, Rico is in good shape. He is a little on The short side with black hair and blue eyes. He has a birthmark on his back That Looks like Florida.He grew up in a working class neighborhood. He was raised in a happy family home with two loving parents.He is currently single. His most recent romance was with a women who he Lost to The army he devotes his time and Life on His Practice and his work.
Leslie Callower (Played By Barb Mitchen) She is a Pediatrician she Loves to work with Kids and Children and teens she cant have Kids herself That's The reason to decided to become a Doctor for Babies in The first place Leslie is British who defines herself as Bisexual she Loves women and she Love men. Physically, Leslie is in good shape. She is short with olive skin, black hair and black eyes.She grew up in an upper class neighborhood. Her mother left when she was young, leaving her with her father, who was a drunk and would Beat her and her sister that's why she relates to Maureen so much and Her Father would always Buy her what ever she wanted as a sorry for hitting her.
Cesar Brown (Played By Warder Deleon) he is a Male Nurse in The Hospital he is Young he is only 21 he defines Himself as Gay He Likes to hangout and Have fun and go to parties and Meet Guys he is Close friends with Joanna and greenlee His catch Phrase is "Whats Up Bitches" he Loves The Doctors Shower Room he gets to see all The naked Hot Doctors Nothing Turns him on more then that Cesar is stable and careful, but can also be very rude and a Bitch at Times he grew up in working household His father died when eh was Younger so His Mom raised him.
Joanna Harrington (Played By China Brown) She is an 18 Year old Fresh out of High school Living Life teenage Girl she wanted to Go to FIT in new York for Fashion But her Mom wanted her to stay in Town and He a Doctor Like her so Joanna is In Boring Gilman Hospital medical School where she is Practicing to be a Nurse yeah its cool some Times But Joanna is not really into The whole Doctor scene she Likes to party and Hangout in The Club Scene she is always fighting with her Mom about something no Matter what it is she is Best friends with nurse Cesar and Greenlee who is also in medical school.
Dr. Stanley Martinez (Played By Link Caldwell) He is a Hot sexy 40 Year old Doctor who everyone Has The Hots for he is a Endocrinologists doctor He studied Medicine Back in college Before he droped out to be a Cop But he Knew That his passion was medicine and Helping People out Stanley enjoys recycling and playing card games and Having sex with a lot of Women Maureen happens to be one of Those women he sleeps with every Now and Then he is very Good at His Job and He doesn't let person wishes get in The way of his Practice
Greenlee White (Played By Madelaine Oakley) She is an 20 Year old medical school student she wishes of being a Doctor one day But for Now she is one of The Nurses in Training at Gilman General Hospital she is friends with Joanna and Cesar They make the Most fun out of being at work They always have a great Time with each Other Greenlee Likes to work Hard she is One of The smartest student in The Gilman Medical school she uses Maureen as a Inspiration she Feels she is her idol because Greenlee wants to be a Brain Sergeant one day she comes from a Poor family she never really had Much Growing That whys he works her ass off Now to N=make sure that never Happens again.
